Orders placed through Dec. 23 at 12 PM EST will be shipped prior to the holiday. Orders placed afterward will not ship until Tuesday Dec. 27th. Monday Dec. 26 is a US postal holiday so nothing can be shipped.
Orders placed through Dec. 29 at 12 PM will be shipped prior to the holiday. Orders placed afterward will not ship until Tuesday Jan. 3. Monday Jan 2 is a US postal holiday so nothing can be shipped.

During these office closures, our advanced support team will have limited to no availability. All questions and tickets will responded upon our return.

Remote Support Plans & Teamviewer Sessions
FlashRouter Support Plans ordered during this period will also be contacted on the first business day after any holiday closures. If you wish to get a remote support plan prior to 2017, the final day with remote support sessions will be Wednesday Dec. 28.
