How do I connect to a session once I have been issued a code?

All you need to do is Click on the Session Code link and a small download will start, once it completes Click to Open TeamViewer. You should then see a popup saying "Please be patient as advanced support will connect with you as soon as they are available".

Once our agent tries to join the session you are in, a message should pop up saying "FlashRouters Support would like to view and control your Desktop. Would you like to allow that?"

Click Allow.
