What should I do after I purchase a Support Plan product from FlashRouters?

For all Basic and Premium Support Plan purchases, our team will do our very best to send out your welcome e-mail with flashing files, links to guides, and setup instructions within 1 business day.

This means if you purchase a Support Plan over the weekend or late Friday evening, you should expect to receive your setup e-mail the following Monday. 

Once you receive this e-mail from the FlashRouters Support Team you will have 90 days to schedule a Basic Support Plan remote session and 1 year to schedule your Premium Support Plan session(s).
