How do I connect to a session if my code is not working?

There is an alternate way to connect for a remote support session, if codes are not working for you.

Go to Teamviewer.com and Click Download TeamViewer. After you install TeamViewer Send the TeamViewer User ID and Pass to the Support Team so that they can connect with you (Image Below).
