What if my Support Plan expired?

If your FlashRouter Support Plan has expired, do not worry, our team is still here to assist with any FlashRouter issues that come up as best we can. 

Our team is always happy to respond to all ticket inquiries sent into our system or via e-mail to support@flashrouters.com. The team can review screenshots of your settings, as well as logs of any connection issues and errors, to try and diagnose what the issue may be. 

You may also purchase our standalone Support Plan products to receive remote TeamViewer support after your initial plan has expired.
