Do I qualify for remote support from FlashRouters?

Anyone with an active FlashRouters Support Plan is eligible for remote session support via a program called TeamViewer.

How long am I eligible for remote support on FlashRouter purchases?

If you have purchased a FlashRouter with a Basic Support Plan you are eligible for 1 TeamViewer Session within 90 days of the router delivery date.

If you have purchased a FlashRouter with a Premium Support Plan you are eligible for 2 TeamViewer Sessions within one year of the router delivery date.

If you have purchased a standalone Basic Support Plan or a standalone Premium Support Plan, then the 90 day and 1 year periods start once you receive your initial Support Plan setup e-mail with instructions from our team on how to proceed.
