My FlashRouters Privacy App page is blank.

  • First try accessing the FlashRouters Privacy App as detailed here.
  • For the best experience using the FlashRouters Privacy App we recommend using a fresh browser window or an incognito/private browsing window available on Google Chrome or Firefox browser.
  • It is best to only have one tab with the FlashRouters Privacy App open at a time.
  • If your FlashRouters Privacy App will not load or only loads as a blank page you can try closing and reopening your browser.
  • If the FlashRouters Privacy App will not load after following the above recommendations you can power down the FlashRouter and power it back up and the FlashRouters Privacy App should reload with any issues.
  • Keep in mind that if your FlashRouter is reset at any time you will need to reinstall the FlashRouters Privacy App. Please email support@flashrouters.com if you need to reinstall the FlashRouters Privacy App.
