Why am I not able to access certain content while connected to VPN?
In certain cases streaming services (like Netflix, Hulu etc...) may block access to content if you are connected through a VPN. However not all VPN's are created equally. We recommend you contact your VPN provider support team to see if they host a server that will give you access to the content you desire.

If you are not based in the USA and access to streaming content is more important to you than VPN encryption, it may be a good idea to connect your FlashRouter to a SmartDNS service instead of VPN. You can find out more about SmartDNS here.
We know how important it is to be able to access the content you desire through a secure VPN connection. If your provider cannot provide a solution then you may look into some of the other providers we support that may have less crowded or unblocked servers. Many offer a trial period so you can test out a service before committing.
